“The main challenge we were facing before the OGP machine was inconsistent measurements between operators. We also had trouble measuring more complex elements of our components, such as internal diameters, and we needed accurate measurements to ensure what we were measuring was correct.”

“Since we have brought the OGP machine in, it has really improved our set up times, key for improving efficiency within our business. Now, we can set up all of the machines on the same jigs on the footprint of the machine, press one button and carry on with other jobs whilst watching it take the measurements. Once its finished, you get all of the reports automatically saved. Whereas that might have taken 2 hours before, it now only takes up to 10 minutes and the data is much more reliable.”
