OGP UK, the best-in-class multi-sensor measurement system specialists, are launching three new state-of-the-art machines for the first time in the UK at this year’s MACH exhibition.
The UK’s premier manufacturing exhibition is returning to the NEC in Birmingham from the 15-19th April 2024, displaying more innovations under one roof than ever before.

OGP UK will be showcasing a range of high-performance multi-sensor measurement systems, including the launch of three new machines: the Fusion 400, the Shapegrabber Ai620 and the E-Series E7.
The Fusion 400 is an advanced multi-sensor measurement machine that goes beyond the limitations of 3D metrology to offer unprecedented accuracy with a large field-of-view optical system. It enables a new sphere of precision to be unlocked in high-volume production environments using dual optical paths to facilitate instant magnification changes and seamless transitions.
The Shapegrabber Ai620 is a fully automated, precise, 3D laser scanning machine capable of scanning up to 1.5 million data points per second to fit a variety of manufacturing capacities. The Shapegrabber blends intuitive ZONE3 software with auto-calibration, part positioning, and transport for optimal productivity and reduced machine downtime.
The E-Series E7 provides the pinnacle of accuracy with fully automatic, fixed lens, 3-axis video measurement capabilities. This machine elevates the standards for precision in video measurement performance and automated part measurements, all at an affordable price.
