OGP UK
OGP UK is the official supplier of OGP machines in the UK, dedicated to providing best-in-class support and service to new and existing customers.
OGP (Optical Gaging Products) is a division of Quality Vision International Inc (QVI), a world-leading manufacturer of precision multi-sensor metrology systems for industrial quality control. Our metrology systems focus on measurement technologies that help manufacturers monitor dimensional compliance to design specifications.
Who are we?
As the UK’s sole partner for OGP products, OGP UK serves the whole of the UK direct from the Advanced Innovation Centre in Derby. We offer a wide range of solutions for all part inspection requirements, as well as service and maintenance, training, installation and subcontract measurement.
Who do we work with?
We have built up a loyal customer base of blue-chip companies throughout the UK who trust our knowledge and expertise to help them transform inspection capabilities. Our customers cover a wide range of industries, including aerospace, medical, automotive, rubber and plastics, injection moulding and many more.
Unrivalled expertise
Whether you are looking to streamline your inspection or improve the quality of parts you are producing, OGP can provide expertise and experience to find the right solution for you. We have unrivalled knowledge in how to maximise the productivity and reliability of your quality control processes, helping you to save the most time and amplify your inspection.
OGP measuring machines provide futureproof capabilities.
They do this by providing multi-sensor capabilities to meet any measurement requirement. Why have a traditional coordinate measuring machine (CMM) alongside a laser scanner and a profile projector? You could have one OGP SmartScope system to do the work of several machines. Not only does this reduce purchase cost, but releases valuable floor space.
