MACH 2024 was the biggest and best year yet.

The UK’s leading manufacturing exhibition saw over 26,000 visitors descend onto the NEC across five days to witness the most advanced manufacturing technologies available.

OGP UK had another incredibly successful year at MACH 2024, showcasing a range of its world-leading multi-sensor measurement technologies.

The week was packed with highlights including new technology launches, machine sales, and industry experts from across the globe.

1. The launch of three, brand-new machines

OGP UK launched three high-performance OGP multi-sensor measurement machines at MACH 2024. The Fusion 400Shapegrabber Ai620 and the E-Series E7 amazed visitors with the unparalleled levels of accuracy, precision and quality control made possible by these technologies.

2. Being joined by ShapeGrabber’s David O’Connor

ShapeGrabber’s David O’Connor joined the OGP UK team on the stand throughout MACH 2024, providing visitors with his exceptional knowledge and expert guidance regarding the revolutionary ShapeGrabber 3D scanning technology.

3. Securing machine sales directly on the stand

OGP UK achieved a record-breaking number of sales at MACH 2024. These advanced technologies will enhance the buyers’ inspection processes, helping them to achieve optimal performance and end-product excellence. 

4. Automated inspection with ShapeGrabber 

Accompanying the new ShapeGrabber Ai620 was a robot arm programmed to work alongside the ShapeGrabber to store, identify, and load parts requiring inspection. The ShapeGrabber’s latest software allows the two technologies to work together to achieve a fully-automated inspection process.

5. Generating a record-breaking number of enquiries

The OGP UK team generated a record number of enquiries at MACH 2024 from a range of companies across the UK and Ireland, eager to elevate their inspection processes and capabilities.
